Event Rules and Policy

EVENT DETAILS:
- Gates open at 8am, Tech Inspection to follow
- Racing starts at 9am
- Tech Inspection ends at 12pm
- Last call in the staging lanes around 4:30pm
- Track facility closes at 5pm LOCATION: Auto Club Speedway, 9300 Cherry Avenue, Fontana. The quarter-mile Auto Club Dragway is located on the North side of the facility. TRACK FEE: $115 per vehicle (1 driver / rider). A minimum of 80 participants must sign up. Otherwise, the event will be moved to a later date, or will be cancelled. REFUND POLICY: To receive a full refund, at least a 10 days advance notice is required. Your request must be received no later than 10 days prior to the event date. Otherwise, track fee is non-refundable, unless Alternative Motoring cancelled the event. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: It is your responsibility to make sure your vehicle is safe for the race track. Otherwise, the Tech Inspector may disqualify you for not meeting the safety rules (i.e. missing lug nuts, leaking oil/fluid, no roll bar, etc.). Please make sure that you check and comply with
NHRA Rules. You can contact NHRA Tech Line at 626-914-4761. Street Cars: You must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance.

The participants assume all risks involved participating in this event. Participation in this event is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms of this disclaimer.

Your payment is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Rules/Policy and Disclaimer set by Alternative Motoring. All participants will need to sign a Waiver at the track.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only a maximum of 100 participants allowed. Anyone who signed up late and didn't make the cut off, your payment will be refunded.
